TO: 10000036940 ONTARIO INC., operating as HYDE PARK GOLF, and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, instructors, agents, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, sponsors, successors and assigns, other participants at 1828 Blue Heron Drive, London, ON N6H 0B7 (the “Property”), the owners and lessors of the Property

 

Effective Until October 30, 2025

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date of purchase by and between Hyde Park Indoor Golf ("Facility") and the individual named below ("Member").

1. Membership Term

Membership begins upon payment and activation and expires on October 30, 2025. No extensions or rollovers will be granted beyond this date.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

The Member has selected one of the following non-refundable membership plans:

Practice Pass

• 25% discount on regular simulator rate

• Regular booking access (1 week in advance)

• Member-exclusive promotions on select days

Pro Pass

• 50% discount on regular simulator rate

• 50% discount on Early Bird play (4am–8am)

• Priority booking access (4 weeks in advance)

• Member-exclusive promotions on select days

Champion Pass

• 50% discount on regular simulator rate

• 50% discount on Early Bird play (4am–8am)

• Priority booking access (4 weeks in advance)

• Member-exclusive promotions on select days

• Repeat Booking enabled

• Last-minute cancellation permitted (per Facility policy)

3. General Terms

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Member discounts apply only to simulator time and not to other services or products unless otherwise stated.

• Hyde Park Indoor Golf reserves the right to change hours of operation, availability, and policies without notice.

• Member access is limited to the individual named in this agreement; login sharing or unauthorized entry will result in immediate cancellation.

4. Code of Conduct and Facility Use

• Members are expected to act respectfully and responsibly at all times.

• Facility rules, posted guidelines, and staff instructions must be followed.

• The Member agrees not to damage or misuse any equipment or premises.

• Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to vandalism, abuse of booking privileges, or disruption of other guests' experience, is grounds for immediate review.

5. Cancellation by Facility

Hyde Park Indoor Golf reserves the right to cancel or revoke a membership at any time, without refund, if the Member:

• Violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

• Fails to follow Facility rules or staff direction;

• Abuses or misuses Facility property;

• Allows unauthorized access or account sharing.
  Cancellation will be communicated in writing to the Member via the email provided.

6. Waiver of Liability

By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Hyde Park Indoor Golf Waiver of Liability, available at:

This waiver forms an integral part of the membership. By proceeding with the membership, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the waiver in full.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
